What a land owner earns
When you and the investor are different parties, you receive 17.5% of the gross profit (Rp 774 per kWh), which is Rp 135.45 per kWh sold. Based on 30 kWh per session, 30 sessions a day and about 30 m² of space.

Common questions
What do I earn as a land owner?
When the land owner and the investor are different parties, the land owner receives 17.5% of the gross profit from the charger. That is Rp 135.45 for every kWh sold, on top of the footfall the chargers bring to your property.
Who pays for the charger and its running costs?
The investor funds the charger. Operations, maintenance, insurance and connectivity are handled through the EVS3 system and its monthly fixed costs. You are not asked to pay for the equipment.
How much space is needed?
Our reference setup uses an area of around 30 square metres.
What kind of property works?
Places where people stay for a while: restaurants and cafés, hotels, offices, retail, petrol stations and train stations. We also bring investors to your property.
What is the contract length?
Ten years.
