Quick answers to get you started with an EVS3 charger share.

Owning a chargerWhat you buy, how long it lasts and who runs it.5 articles
What do I get when I invest?

A share of an EV charging business: a 120 kW or 180 kW charger placed at a partner location and run by the EVS3 team, plus lifetime access to the EV Star support system. You can take 10%, 25%, 50% or 100%.

How long is the contract?

Ten years.

Who runs and maintains the chargers?

The EVS3 team, through the EV Star support system. Operations, maintenance and insurance are covered by the monthly cost above. You do not run anything day to day.

What is the difference between 120 kW and 180 kW?

A 180 kW charger delivers power faster, so it suits busier locations. Each type has its own price. The 180 kW unit costs more per share.

What if I need a bigger setup?

We also design Electric Hubs and Electric Super Hubs: at least six chargers of 120 kW or more, with an estimated investment of Rp 4 to 5 billion. Quotations are available on request.

Money and costsPrice, running costs and how the charger earns.5 articles
What does the price include?

The charger unit (Rp 600 million for 120 kW, Rp 785 million for 180 kW, plus VAT) and a one-off Rp 22 million for the EV Star support system, which lasts for life. Shipping outside Java is not included.

How does the charger make money?

Each kWh sold earns Rp 2,466, and a service charge of Rp 15,000 to Rp 57,000 applies per charging session. The service charge depends on the location.

What are the running costs?

Electricity from PLN (Rp 1,446 per kWh sold), operations, maintenance and insurance (Rp 1,500,000 a month), connectivity (Rp 350,000 a month) and a brand management fee of 10% of revenue.

How much is earned per kWh?

After electricity and the brand management fee, the gross profit is Rp 774 per kWh sold. What you actually receive depends on how often the charger is used.

Is there a fee if a car stays plugged in after charging is complete?

Yes. An idle (parking) fee may apply when a vehicle stays connected after its battery has reached 100%, so the charger is free for the next driver. The rate and grace period are set per location.

Risk and returnsWhat is and is not promised.1 article
Are returns guaranteed?

No. Income depends on how much each charger is used and can go up or down. Any figures we share are illustrative scenarios, not promises. Read our Privacy & investment risk page.
